At a recent event at E. Braun New York celebrating tabletop design, world renowned interior designer Timothy Corrigan created a beautiful tablescape featuring our FEUILLAGE table linens which are a part of the Timothy Corrigan for Dea collection. This brilliant collaboration between Dea and Timothy Corrigan combines his unique and distinctive style with the impeccable workmanship that has always been the hallmark of Dea luxury linens.
This was notably on display in his “Dining with Marcel Proust” table which was inspired by the designer’s love for the writer and entertaining at his home the Chateau de la Chevallerie. The FEUILLAGE table linens feature an artful pattern of falling leaves on the embroidered linen tablecloth and napkins and jacquard woven underskirt. The table reflects the casual ease of life in the countryside mixed with the French flair for design. The table was set with porcelain dinnerware and bamboo flatware also designed by Timothy Corrigan.
FEUILLAGE is just one of six designs that comprise the Timothy Corrigan for Dea collection. The collection features a wonderful mix of embroidery and jacquards that work beautifully together and will, as the designer intended, transport you to a world of comfortable elegance. Stocked in Italy, his bed, bath, and table linen collections are available for delivery within a week making them the perfect choice for a linen closet refresh or delightful change in style. We invite you to visit us in store or online to see and experience the entire Timothy Corrigan Collection.
In addition to creating a stunning tablescape at E. Braun, Corrigan graciously signed copies of his book “At Home in France: Inspiration and Style in Town and Country” in which he shares the joys of decorating and living in his Paris apartment and newly renovated 18th-century chateau.
The evening magnificently ushered in the holiday season. We hope that it inspires you to set a table that will bring comfort and joy to you and the guests who grace your table.
